I've been playing with my Stampin' Pastels today, I had forgotten how much fun they are to use. I must use them more often. I've used the sketch from Just Add Ink #6 for this card. Make sure you go and check out what the design team came up with, Wow just gorgeous projects. I am now inspired to use this sketch as a scrap page as well. Mmmm.... maybe tomorrow.
Anyway for this card I've used the chalkboard technique/black magic with the Baroque Motifs stamp set adding the colour from my Stampin' Pastels with a dauber.

Nothing to show.

Hi, it's another wet day here in Brissy and sorry I haven't got anything to show you right now but I have been working on a few things I will show you soon. So for now just a reminder that there are only a few days left to enter my Colour Coach Challenge, I have received some amazing entries so far and I can't wait to see what you come up with.
Also only two days left to help make a difference with the Haiti Relief. So far 11895 sets of the I (Heart) Hearts stamp set have been sold by Stampin' Up! demonstrators around the world. Raising more than $20 000. Well done ladies.
So hopefully I'll be back a bit later with something creative to show you.

Just Add Ink #5

This week the challenge over at Just Add Ink is... Just Add Dimension. I had made another Stepper Box for a birthday pressy for a special friend which is perfect for this challenge. It's in her favorite colours and I filled it with craft goodies. And she just loved it. Again I've used the Kaleidoscope DSP with the Butterfly Prints stamp set and butterfly punch. I've added a couple of Designer buttons - Sherbet, with linen thread.

Spring Floral

Here is the other card we made yesterday. The only stamping on this one is with the Spring Floral wheel. We used it three ways, with VersaMark on the front of the card, with pink Pirouette on the inside and heat embossed on the ribbon. Did you know you can heat emboss on ribbon? So cool! I love the effect of the white embossing powder on the Pink Pirouette ribbon. The photo doesn't do it justice. That cute flower is made from 3 scallop circles. Amazingly I only saw it in the Idea Book & Catalogue this week. I don't know how many times I've looked through the catalogue and didn't see it. :) If you haven't spotted it yet it's on page 34 in the top left of the page.

Recipe
Wheel: Spring Floral
Ink: VersaMark, Pink Pirouette
Card: Kraft, Whisper White
DSP: Patterns Pink Pirouette
Punches: scallop circle, eyelet boarder, 1 1/4" circle ( for the back of the flower)
Tools: wheel guide, mat pack & tool, heat tool
Accessories: silver brads, white embossing powder, buddy
